With less than 10 days until Christmas Day, sorry, sorry, don't mean to cause panic, and the relatives desperately asking for present ideas, this quick gift guide has something for everyone...from the fussy to the fancy!
1. Nothing says homely, cosy and “in for the night” like an open fire, a snuggly blanket and a candle flickering away. With their first UK distribution store opening in 1999, just down the road from us in Bristol, Yankee Candle are a well- established family favourite. They offer a scent for all occasions, all year round, but their Christmas candles make the perfect festive present that will remain once the 25th draws to a close. From Christmas classics, such as “Christmas Memories” and “Nutcracker” to this year’s new “Christmas Cocktail” and “All is Bright”...the bells sure are ringing out for Christmas.

2.Never have quirky coffee shops been
more popular, but those “cappuccinos
to go” soon begin to drink away our
pennies. Why not invest in some fancy
mugs of your own, some decent coffee
and some distinct T2 Tea tea leaves and

10. Come December, the Christmas tree
is our pride and joy. Whether you have
a theme or a colour scheme, baubles
and décor is always tempting. As a child,
my mother guarded our tree with her
life and decorating it involved military
precision. This year, why not support
local designer, Adele Zara Collinson and
her company Felt So Good. Fairtrade and
handmade, these lovely little animals can
